1. Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Japan. I’ve been living in Utah for 5 years.
2. How did you get started?
What I learned when I moved to the United States is that people I met in the States don’t eat much Asian food even thought there are many good Asian restaurants. So, I decided to introduce Asian restaurants by writing a blog.
3. What’s your favorite Asian food?
I love Ramen (not instant). I enjoy the taste and texture of Ramen noodles.
No Ramen, No Life.
4. What is the characteristic that makes a good Asian restaurant?
If a restaurant uses good rice or not. Asian food is all about rice.
5. What would you choose for your last meal?
Breakfast: Rice Ball, Miso soup, and Japanese pickles
Lunch: Japanese BBQ and Mochi ice cream
Dinner: Sushi
